This year I have in plan many big resolutions to achieve. To release all this goals, I will need energy and my mind setup. My Resolutions for 2018 are divided in 5 important categories and many things to do in each of them : Love, Family, Health, Travel and between all this categories I have a big plan for my Business and the work that I do, putting all my efforts and doing my best to reach a higher level this year.
To be more proactive and made done all your goals this Year, I have the best tips for you :
- Wake-up early
Most of the successful persons are waking up at an early time. Setting up first the priorities and the less important to the end of the day.
2. Doing a healthy Breakfast
Start your day with a shoot with (ginger,lemon,turmeric,cayenne) or some warm water and lemon on empty stomach. After this you can do some morning workout and after a healthy breakfast that you like most.
3. Workout
You don’t have to do a full workout, it can work also 5 /10 minutes of some effective exercises or Yoga Healing. In this way will help you to be more calm for the rest of the day.
4. Plan your days and goals for the year
A way to stay organised is to write down on an agend or planner your things to do, like this you’ll be more motivated and your will have a better mindset. Set also your goals for the year, how? think well and choose the most important things you want to realise for this year. The small goals you can write them on each month. Be determinate and even if you’ll fall down, get up and do your best to reach the level you want. You’ll do it!
5. Take some supplements
Sometimes we feel with less energy, is normal. That’s why exists some natural effective supplements that we can take in the day. For example omega3, magnesium, vitamin b12, enzyme, fennel, vitamin c d or K.
6. Have a good Sleep
Try to go to bed at the same time every night and keep all your electronics out of your bedroom. Like this our mind and body will have a rhythm, will be more active and can function in a better way.
7. Eat better
You don’t have to eat if you don’t feel hungry, but is healthiest to eat 5 days for days in small portions. The dinner is suggest to have it 4 hours before to eat and to be more light, like this can be burn more fast. Better to avoid oily things or fried, not too many sauces and some other foods. To eat always good is also a great thing to do a test of intolerance, in this way you’ll understand if your body doesn’t accept certain ingredients or food. Try cutting sugar, you’ll feel more energise and also your skin, body and mind.
8. Activities
Being part of a course or an activity with who you love more or alone, will let you feel better with you self being more happy.
9. Positive self/talk
- I can achieve anything that I set in my mind.
- I will do my best to be a better self
- Giving more love to my loved ones, and teaching them to do the same
- Dont do to others things what you’ll not like to receive
- We have to be more grateful

10. No phone while socializing
In this days most of the persons are spending too much time with there smartphones, even when they stay at a table with other people. Fix 2 hours or less for the day when to stay on your social medias and spend the rest of your time reading some magazines, journals or having a healthy talk face to face. The moments we create will be part of our memories. They are precious, so spend the time well. Don’t confuse the fact of spending time on the social medias by being inspired and the fact of passing your full day or many hours of your journey getting ruined.
